The Japanese have long been known for their precision, so it’s no surprise that they would create the most sophisticated embroidery machine in all of Asia. it is also much more expensive than ordinary Chinese machines. Most embroidery manufacturers then still use relatively cheap Chinese machines.

For simple patterns or text logos (like 25% or 50% embroidery in twill fabric), it is no problem to use a normal machine. The difference is hardly noticeable between a patch sewn with a Barudan and a non-Barudan machine. However, For complex patterns, the advantages of a Barudan machine are obvious, with more detail and color.

For a great customer embroidered patch, skills, digitizers, and strict quality control are very important. We take huge pride in excelling in these traits. Each of our employees takes responsibility for QC at every stage of production.

Here is a widespread misconception that we digitize the patches using an.eps file or another vector-based file format of a similar kind. On closer inspection, though, things do not appear as straightforward as they initially appear.

In order to assist in the creation of our embroidery files, we were required to make an investment in a professional-level embroidery digitizing program known as Wilcom E4. Wilcom E4 is the most up to the current top of line software available. Once you get the feel of it, the program is incredible, but learning it is incredibly challenging because it is so thorough.

This software is priced for professional digitizing and hence is not suitable for the typical home embroiderer or the occasional user. Using this embroidery digitizing program, we can design some incredible morale patches with a professional level of detail, including various stitch kinds, minuscule stitches, and embroidery typefaces.

All of the yarns we use are OEKO certified. and the fabric and yards of embroidery patch passed the C65 test. the lead of the painted or coated surface is less than 90ppm (16 CFR 1303-CPSIA) and the total lead is less than 100ppm. and pass the extremely Flammable and Combustible Solids test (16 CFR 1500.44).

All products will offer test reports before shipment if our customers required.
